- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Gently press one wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Bake the empty wonton wrappers for 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden and crispy.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Add the onion, garlic, and taco seasoning, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup. Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the wonton edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a minute before removing from the tin. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Serve immediately.
