For the Wraps
  • 5 Large (10-inch) Flour Tortillas Whole wheat can also be used.
  • 1 cup Hummus Classic or roasted garlic flavor.
  • 1 lb Deli Sliced Turkey Breast Low-sodium, oven-roasted.
  • 10 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Packed.
  • 1 large Cucumber Peeled and cut into thin matchsticks.
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Very thinly sliced.

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spread about 3-4 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small half-inch border.
  2. Place 2 slices of provolone cheese in the center, overlapping slightly. This creates a barrier to prevent sogginess.
  3. Top the cheese with a generous handful of spinach.
  4. Arrange about 3-4 slices of turkey over the spinach.
  5. Place a small handful of the cucumber matchsticks and sliced red onion in a line down the middle of the turkey.
  6. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla in towards the center. Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the wrap up tightly.
  7. To store, wrap each finished wrap tightly in parchment paper, then in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
