Ingredients
  

  • 1 large (10-inch) flour or whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 tablespoons hummus Classic or roasted red pepper flavor
  • 4 ounces sliced deli turkey Low-sodium, oven-roasted or smoked
  • 1 large handful baby spinach
  • 2-3 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
  2. Place the baby spinach in an even layer over the hummus. This creates a barrier to prevent sogginess. Arrange the turkey slices over the spinach, followed by the tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up to enclose all the fillings.
  5. Slice the wrap in half on a diagonal, if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your fresh and delicious creation!
