Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking to prevent lumps. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Use immediately on your favorite pizza or store for later.

Notes
