Prepare the Salmon

- In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp (14g) of melted butter, Panko, Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper until well mixed.
Baking
- Pile the Panko mixture onto the salmon fillets in a thick, uneven layer. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Finishing
- In a saucepan, melt remaining butter and whisk in lemon juice and a pinch of parsley until glossy.
- Place salmon on a white ceramic plate and drizzle the lemon butter sauce around the base.
